2Mix & Fix – The Smokey Docs on the Rocks
Ever felt like your documentation lives in two worlds, one in Bitbucket, one in Confluence, and neither knows what the other is doing? At Apptoberfest 2025, our fortune teller has just the brew to lift that curse. 🧙♀️🍂 Introducing “Smokey Docs on the Rocks” — a potion for perfectly aligned documentation. Base: Include Bitbucket for Confluence – summon live, up-to-date content straight from your repositories with a single URL. No more stale copy-paste rituals!
Survive in Jira – Track All Changes
Welcome to Jira Game - where only the most organized survive. Managing releases, pipelines, and changes in production can sometimes feel like a game of survival. One deleted task – gone forever. One unnoticed "Reopened" status and sprint is delayed. One missed update leads to deployment chaos. But what if you could track every change in Jira easily? 👀

Mix & Fix – An Evergreen Recipe for Teamwork
At Apptoberfest 2025, we’re mixing apps like ingredients to create the ultimate teamwork recipe. This year, we’re kicking things off in the Collaboration & Teamwork category with a playful first pour. 👉 “Mix & Fix: The first drinks that solve your headaches instead of causing them.” The result? A demo as refreshing as your favorite drink — no hangovers, just clarity! Watch the demo and see how our apps mix together to solve real teamwork challenges.
Wednesday’s web: controlled collaboration with Microsoft 365 for Jira
Collaboration. A curious concept, fragile, chaotic, and usually doomed. And yet, for Atlassian Apptoberfest 2025, I find myself at the center of it. I, Wednesday Addams, represent yasoon and their Microsoft 365 for Jira app. Apparently, I am the mascot of controlled communication. How ironic. This is Wednesday’s web: A project board where every Microsoft Teams message, Outlook meeting, and email is captured, dissected, and ultimately buried alive inside Jira. Click here to see the demo
The swipe game: Smart Courses for Confluence
We’ve all been there at some point in life: 🚩 Red flags everywhere. 🚩 Swiping left again and again. 🚩 Not a single right turn in sight. And after a while, you just know… orange shades are not your colors anymore. You need a switch. Something more lively. Something easy-going. Something smooth. ✨ That’s exactly what happened to Hedi. From endless left swipes to finally finding his perfect match: the LMS built for Confluence "Smart Courses".

Bake the Perfect Project Update Cake with Advanced Status Labels
It’s Apptoberfest season and we’re serving something special from the Izymes kitchen! Projects can feel like baking a complicated cake: the right ingredients, the right order, and the perfect timing. But when statuses are inconsistent or unclear, the result can be… a collapsed soufflé. In this fun cooking-show parody, our “chef” tries to bake a Project Update Cake: First attempt (messy) Ingredients labeled with confusing statuses like done???, In Prog, Completed(ish). Steps marked nearly complete, we’ll do later, Done! — but nothing matches. → Result: a deflated cake and a deflated team. Second attempt (delicious) Enter Advanced Status Labels: sleek pill-style labels with consistent categories and colors. Ingredients are clearly To-do, In Progress, Done. → Result: a perfect cake and perfect project clarity.
The Office Meets ProScheduler
It’s Apptoberfest again 🍻🍂. This year, we decided to do something a little different with TeamBoard ProScheduler. Instead of another how-to demo, we imagined what would happen if one of the most famously chaotic workplaces - Dunder Mifflin Scranton - got a proper project management tool. Because let’s be honest, organization isn’t exactly their strength. Dwight once staged a fire drill that nearly destroyed the office.
The Sprint That Always Starts & Stops Itself
We’ve all been there - the sprint’s supposed to start at 10 a.m. Monday, but it’s Wednesday before someone notices. Reports are off, velocity dips, and half the team’s asking, “Wait… did we start the sprint?” 😅That’s why we built Auto Sprint Start Stop, a “set-and-forget” Jira Cloud app by PgM Innovations - made for Scrum Masters and Agile teams. 🔹Auto-starts and stops sprints exactly when scheduled - no manual clicks. 🔹Moves open tickets to the next sprint or backlog automatically.

2Mix & Fix – The Project Management Punch
Tired of projects that give you a headache instead of a high-five? At Apptoberfest 2025, we’re mixing apps like ingredients to create the ultimate teamwork recipe. Try our Project Management Punch! 🍂 Base: Navitabs - Navigation Macros for Confluence – give your project pages some helpful structure.
Plan Smarter, Sprint Faster - Meet The Sprint Planner
Cheers to the sprints that actually start ready! Because nothing slows momentum like realizing halfway through, “We planned 200 points… but QA was on training all week.” 😅 That’s why we built The Sprint Planner — a Jira Cloud app by PgM Innovations that turns chaotic sprint planning into a fast, data-driven conversation. 🔹 Plan in hours or Story Points — your sprint, your rules.
