4Mix & Fix – The Smokey Docs on the Rocks
Ever felt like your documentation lives in two worlds, one in Bitbucket, one in Confluence, and neither knows what the other is doing? At Apptoberfest 2025, our fortune teller has just the brew to lift that curse. 🧙♀️🍂 Introducing “Smokey Docs on the Rocks” — a potion for perfectly aligned documentation. Base: Include Bitbucket for Confluence – summon live, up-to-date content straight from your repositories with a single URL. No more stale copy-paste rituals!
Survive in Jira – Track All Changes
Welcome to Jira Game - where only the most organized survive. Managing releases, pipelines, and changes in production can sometimes feel like a game of survival. One deleted task – gone forever. One unnoticed "Reopened" status and sprint is delayed. One missed update leads to deployment chaos. But what if you could track every change in Jira easily? 👀

Import Test Cases from spreadsheet to Jira in 4 Minutes
It’s Apptoberfest season on the Atlassian Marketplace, and this year, we’re bringing something practical to the table — a speed challenge that shows just how easy testing in Jira can be with AgileTest. If you’re still managing your test cases in spreadsheets and struggling to move them into Jira, this demo is for you. We’ll show you how to import, organize, and run your tests in under five minutes, using AgileTest’s checklist-based Script Testing feature. Apptoberfest is all about showcasing innovation and celebrating how Marketplace apps make work better for teams. We wanted to highlight what sets AgileTest apart — its ability to make testing simple, structured, and fast. Our goal was straightforward: prove that anyone can transfer test cases from a spreadsheet into Jira quickly and efficiently, without relying on complicated imports or scripting knowledge.
Apps for ITSM
5STM Issue Templates for Jira Cloud / Data Center
🥳🥳🥳 Happy Apptoberfest! 🎈🎈🎈 Is creating the same group of issues taking up too much of your valuable time? Then STM Issue Templates is here to help you. Features include: Having templates to allow you to specify one or more issues to create or one issue to update
Who you gonna call? BSM Busters!
We’ve all seen it: an ITSM portal that feels more like a haunted house than a help desk. Endless input fields where no one knows what to insert. Labels like “incident,” “Incident??,” “incdnt” haunting your backlog. Priorities that are unclear, so every request feels urgent… or ignored.
Streamlining IT Operations: Enhanced IT Service Management & Customer Support
Let’s face it: managing assets, handling customer service requests, and keeping everything running smoothly can feel like you're trying to keep a dozen spinning plates in the air. But with AssetIT, suddenly, it’s a piece of cake. 🍰 AssetIT’s IT Asset Management (ITAM) capabilities seamlessly work with IT Service Management (ITSM) to make everything from inventory management to service requests a breeze. Need to track an asset? - No problem. Need to check out items for customers? - Done.
Linked Issue Dependency Mapper
Linked Issue Dependency Mapper complements Jira Service Management & Jira by bringing dependency intelligence directly into your ITSM workflows. It helps teams see how incidents, problems, and change requests connect — turning linked issues into a clear, visual story of cause, impact, and resolution flow. In complex IT environments, changes and incidents often ripple across multiple teams and projects. Jira already captures these relationships through issue links — but interpreting them can be tedious and time-consuming. Linked Issue Dependency Mapper transforms Jira’s native linked issues into an interactive visual map. It helps ITSM and service delivery teams instantly understand dependencies without leaving Jira. Automatically discover and visualize all linked issues across projects.
One App to Rule the Passwords

Mix & Fix – An Evergreen Recipe for Teamwork
At Apptoberfest 2025, we’re mixing apps like ingredients to create the ultimate teamwork recipe. This year, we’re kicking things off in the Collaboration & Teamwork category with a playful first pour. 👉 “Mix & Fix: The first drinks that solve your headaches instead of causing them.” The result? A demo as refreshing as your favorite drink — no hangovers, just clarity! Watch the demo and see how our apps mix together to solve real teamwork challenges.
Wednesday’s web: controlled collaboration with Microsoft 365 for Jira
Collaboration. A curious concept, fragile, chaotic, and usually doomed. And yet, for Atlassian Apptoberfest 2025, I find myself at the center of it. I, Wednesday Addams, represent yasoon and their Microsoft 365 for Jira app. Apparently, I am the mascot of controlled communication. How ironic. This is Wednesday’s web: A project board where every Microsoft Teams message, Outlook meeting, and email is captured, dissected, and ultimately buried alive inside Jira. Click here to see the demo
The swipe game: Smart Courses for Confluence
We’ve all been there at some point in life: 🚩 Red flags everywhere. 🚩 Swiping left again and again. 🚩 Not a single right turn in sight. And after a while, you just know… orange shades are not your colors anymore. You need a switch. Something more lively. Something easy-going. Something smooth. ✨ That’s exactly what happened to Hedi. From endless left swipes to finally finding his perfect match: the LMS built for Confluence "Smart Courses".
Watch It for Jira Cloud / Data Center
🥳🥳🥳 Happy Apptoberfest! 🎈🎈🎈 First of all, please don't forget to drop a like 👍 and comment 💬; we want to read your opinions and questions! This App gives you the power to control how you watch changes in projects. Features include: Trackers - Track changes in issues at a project level
Bake the Perfect Project Update Cake with Advanced Status Labels
It’s Apptoberfest season and we’re serving something special from the Izymes kitchen! Projects can feel like baking a complicated cake: the right ingredients, the right order, and the perfect timing. But when statuses are inconsistent or unclear, the result can be… a collapsed soufflé. In this fun cooking-show parody, our “chef” tries to bake a Project Update Cake: First attempt (messy) Ingredients labeled with confusing statuses like done???, In Prog, Completed(ish). Steps marked nearly complete, we’ll do later, Done! — but nothing matches. → Result: a deflated cake and a deflated team. Second attempt (delicious) Enter Advanced Status Labels: sleek pill-style labels with consistent categories and colors. Ingredients are clearly To-do, In Progress, Done. → Result: a perfect cake and perfect project clarity.
The Office Meets ProScheduler
It’s Apptoberfest again 🍻🍂. This year, we decided to do something a little different with TeamBoard ProScheduler. Instead of another how-to demo, we imagined what would happen if one of the most famously chaotic workplaces - Dunder Mifflin Scranton - got a proper project management tool. Because let’s be honest, organization isn’t exactly their strength. Dwight once staged a fire drill that nearly destroyed the office.
The Sprint That Always Starts & Stops Itself
We’ve all been there - the sprint’s supposed to start at 10 a.m. Monday, but it’s Wednesday before someone notices. Reports are off, velocity dips, and half the team’s asking, “Wait… did we start the sprint?” 😅That’s why we built Auto Sprint Start Stop, a “set-and-forget” Jira Cloud app by PgM Innovations - made for Scrum Masters and Agile teams. 🔹Auto-starts and stops sprints exactly when scheduled - no manual clicks. 🔹Moves open tickets to the next sprint or backlog automatically.
Manage Custom Fields!
A Jira Admin Walks Into Oktoberfest What happens when a Jira admin finally takes a weekend off and heads to Oktoberfest? He has the time of his life… until some project admin calls about a custom field. Luckily, he’s got Manage Custom Fields! One quick fix later, and he’s back to his beer. Yes, this is very real footage from Oktoberfest! Real people. Real steins. Definitely not generated with AI. If the hands look a little strange or the beer grips seem… inventive, that’s just what happens after a few rounds.
A draw.io demo like no other
We like to think that draw.io makes collaboration effortless, but we couldn’t resist taking that idea for a little spin during Apptoberfest! 🍂 So we set up a demo with a twist (and a few hilarious challenges along the way). The result? Check it out here Let’s just say diagramming under pressure has never looked this entertaining. Because great teamwork isn’t just about tools, it’s about having fun while creating something that works. 😉
Catch the Ghost Users & Simplify Collaboration with Flexible User License
Hey Atlassian Community! 🙌 We’re excited to join Apptoberfest 2025 under the Collaboration & Teamwork Apps category, and we’re here to help you say goodbye to ghost users and unnecessary costs once and for all! 👻✨ Flexible User License (FUL) is the smarter way to manage Atlassian Cloud licenses — automated, secure, and cost-efficient. We help admins and teams reclaim control over user management and turn wasted license spend into real savings.
A New Rovo Formatting Agent Open to Work
Dear hiring managers, I was excited to learn that you might be looking for some help keeping your Confluence pages structured, and organized. As a newly launched Rovo Morph Agent with a focus on structure and design, I’m confident that my formatting skills and adaptability will make me a valuable addition to your team and organization as a whole. As a proud graduate of the Vectors Lab, I’ve been trained in established content formatting best practices. My work focuses on transforming unstructured text into beautifully formatted pages that are easy to read, and navigate. I analyze text patterns and specific repetitions such as steps that work best within tabs, important messages that belong in panels, or FAQs that work well in collapsible sections. My ability to suggest the right macros and layout ensures your content always stays organized, with minimal manual input from your your teams. In previous projects while I was still in beta, I’ve saved users countless hours of formatting time. My conversational interface allows users to simply describe what they want, and I’ll deliver the optimal layout, complete with the right structure and macros.

Plan Smarter, Sprint Faster - Meet The Sprint Planner
Cheers to the sprints that actually start ready! Because nothing slows momentum like realizing halfway through, “We planned 200 points… but QA was on training all week.” 😅 That’s why we built The Sprint Planner — a Jira Cloud app by PgM Innovations that turns chaotic sprint planning into a fast, data-driven conversation. 🔹 Plan in hours or Story Points — your sprint, your rules.
We Put Jira in a Pot and Let It Simmer: Apptoberfest Demo from the Ukrainian Jira Kitchen
Apptoberfest is where customers meet the humans behind the apps—so we invited you into our Ukrainian Jira Kitchen and cooked a project like borscht. Yes, there are beets. Yes, there are jokes. Yes, if you chop your backlog correctly, someone will cry—and that’s how you know it’s fresh. 🧅😭 This post is the back-story to the video: why the kitchen metaphor works, how it maps to strategy & planning, and how Time in Status is the spoonful of sour cream that makes everything… make sense. 🍶 Good borscht needs a recipe, a rhythm, and a taste test. So does delivery. Menu = strategy. If you cook everything, you cook nothing. 🧾
How Bob Keeps Leadership & Strategy Teams Aligned
Hey, it's Apptoberfest 🎃🍂 again. This year, we're introducing someone new to the TimePlanner team 🙌 Meet Bob the stickman, our project manager! Unfortunately, things are not going so well for him. He's been stuck in the wild world of chaotic team management. Teams are scattered
Measure is Treasure (Get a Limo or Lose the Internet)
Once upon a time, a King declared, “Measure your cat or lose the Internet!” And so everyone did. If not with a tape, then with zucchinis. If not a cat, then a dog. If not a dog… well, they figured something out. When the deadline came, the royal advisor faced data chaos. So he turned to eazyBI for help. With a touch of AI magic, clear reports, and some clever MDX spells, the kingdom finally finds the true (and GDPR-compliant) winner. In the end, all lived happily ever after, and one truth still stands: Measure is treasure — but use it wisely. Watch the full story to see how even fairy-tale data can make sense — with a little help from eazyBI.
A Toast to Portfolio
This year we’re paying homage to the roots of our favorite fall festival and giving you a tour of how Portfolio by HeroCoders can boost your strategic planning, regardless of what your teams have brewing. Learn how Portfolio can empower you to plan ahead and remove bottlenecks (pun intended!) to brew up awesome productivity in your business. Powerful features like capacity and delivery alerts will make you and your teams so efficient, they'll be more time for beer! Hoppy, hoppy, joy, joy – And happy Apptoberfest!
The Unofficial Apptoberfest'25 Demo Board
🍻 Apptoberfest just got an upgrade! Every year, Marketplace vendors tap into their creativity to brew up awesome demos for Apptoberfest. The only problem? It’s tedious to browse all the entries and keep track of your favourites. The community forum is great for discussion—but not so much for organizing demos, which easily get lost among all the other posts. So this year, we decided to do something about it.
