Merge Product Codes Update

Product codes can now be merged across all relevant system tables within your inventory management processes. This update ensures that when a product code is merged into another, the merging action is uniformly applied, maintaining integrity across your system.

Additionally, if the InvSaveAlt flag is enabled, the original product code automatically becomes an alternate product code after the merge. This change results in a combined sales value for the new product code, reflecting the total from both the original and new product codes.

Quick Task Search

The new search functionality allows you to instantly locate tasks within the application. This enhancement supports filtering by task title, description, tags, due dates, and assigned users, making task management more efficient.

Real-time search results highlight matching terms and include advanced filters such as priority and status, which refine your query further. This addition aims to simplify how you access and manage tasks within large task lists, ensuring a smoother user experience.

Task Sharing

Task Sharing allows you to collaborate effortlessly by sharing individual tasks with team members. Shared tasks are immediately accessible in the recipient's Tasked app, clearly marked to denote their collaborative nature.

This feature includes flexible permission levels, such as 'View Only', 'Edit', and 'Complete', enabling you to control how recipients interact with the tasks. Changes by any collaborator are instantly reflected across all devices, ensuring that everyone stays up-to-date. Real-time notifications further support timely communications, complemented by an enhanced commenting system that supports discussions and tagging.

Task ownership remains with the original creator but can be shared among team members for progress tracking and updating. Additionally, tasks integrate seamlessly with calendar systems, appearing automatically on the calendars of all collaborators, which helps in visualizing timelines and deadlines effectively. Each aspect is designed to make task sharing intuitive, secure, and scalable while supporting integration with external tools through APIs.
