With this release, your feedback workflow gets even smoother: create work items directly from your inbox in just a couple of clicks, and control comment visibility to manage privacy whenever it’s needed.

Comment visibility

A new privacy setting allows you to control whether feedback comments are shown or hidden on your roadmap. When comments are hidden, users only see their own comments and any replies to them. Comments from other users are not visible to ensure privacy and reduce potential concerns around public feedback. This setting can be adjusted at any time to fit your organization's preferences. Create work item from Feedback

You can now create a new work item directly from your Inbox. When viewing feedback, select the option to open a new issue pre-filled with the relevant feedback details. This streamlines the handoff between feedback tracking and issue management, ensuring that context is preserved throughout the process. The new issue includes a clear link back to the original feedback item for easy reference.

Custom Roadmap Ordering

You can now adjust the sequence of roadmaps displayed in the dropdown on the portal and in embedded views. The roadmap listed first in your chosen order appears as the default selection for all users when the first visit the /roadmap page.

Bugfixes and Improvements

Inbox Sidebar Link A link to your inbox now appears in the workspace sidebar when portal feedback is enabled.
Workspace Member Portal Login Workspace members are now automatically logged in to view private comments in public portals.
Fixed Loom Preview in Emails The Loom preview image in emails now shows as expected.
Fixed Login Redirects Users are now reliably redirected to their intended page after logging in, not just the hub.
Fixed Dialog Closing Issue Dialogs opened by accessing a roadmap item via permalink can now be closed as expected.
