  More Embeds Display Options

  This release makes embeds even more flexible. You can now set a category for embeds and display content as excerpts.

  Embedded release notes can now be displayed as excerpts in the page embed, matching the experience available in the portal. This option can be enabled from display settings, allowing users to quickly scan and navigate long lists of updates without being overwhelmed by full post content.

  Switch to the excerpt view to make release notes easier to browse, with the ability to expand individual posts for more detailed information as needed.

  Limit embeds to a single category by setting the changelog-category property. The widget will only display release notes from that category, making it easy to show product-specific updates when multiple products share one page. Learn more…

  More Customizable Portals

  This updates introduces a number of configuration updates to make portals even more flexible and better suited to more use cases.

  You can now rename the default “Changelog” and “Roadmap” navigation items to anything that fits your portal’s purpose.

  Many customers use portals to share company news, updates, or announcements — and in those cases, “Changelog” wasn’t always the right term. With this update, you can tailor navigation titles to match your content, such as “News,” “Updates,” or “Releases Notes”

  Previously, roadmaps featured a large, customizable “Roadmap” heading with a smaller lozenge containing the roadmap name. However, the heading was the same across all roadmaps and the actual name was often overlooked.

  Edit Display Name

  This release gives your customers more control over how they appear on the portal, with the ability to update their display name directly from their profile.

  They can access it by clicking their name or profile image in the Product Hub and selecting “Profile” from the dropdown menu.

  Embedded pages no longer force scroll on first load On page load, embedded pages stay at the top rather than scrolling automatically.

  Roadmap hydration errors now block publish Publishing a roadmap is blocked if hydration errors are detected before completion.
