Roadmap
5Conditional coloring on roadmap
Allow users to apply conditional coloring to roadmap items based on field values (e.g. status, priority, team). This helps teams visually scan the roadmap and quickly identify patterns, risks, or categories.
Automatically create columns based on field options or status
Right now create a number of default columns and try to match them to field options. It works ok, but isn't great. Instead, we should create columns based on available field options when only a single project exists.
Link roadmap item to changlog post
Show changelog links for released items on the roadmap. When an item is released and linked to a changelog post, display the release date and a link to the post.
Date board view
Easily coordinate efforts with a time-based view. The new Date Board automatically creates columns for upcoming quarters or months and maps issues based on a selected date field, saving you the hassle of manual updates and keeping your board current.
Support fix version for column mapping

Support for custom fields in changelogs
We’re exploring ways to better support more structured updates and the ability to access custom fields.

Add images from issues so you can visually enhance your discussions and provide more context in your conversations.
Publish to Confluence blog
Users can currently publish release notes to Confluence as regular pages. We could also support publishing as blog posts into a space.
Portals
1Option to only show parts of a post in embedded page
Currently, all release notes are shown in full on embedded pages. When posts are lengthy, this creates a wall of text that makes it difficult for users to quickly scan and find relevant updates. A collapsed view would make the list more navigable, especially for customers with frequent or detailed updates.
