15Automate roadmap publishing
Right now, roadmaps in Released have to be published manually. That gives you full control, which is great when you want to fine-tune messaging, but it can feel tedious if you’re making frequent changes and want them to go live more often. We’re exploring two options to improve this: 1. Support for Jira Automation Let you trigger roadmap publishing through Jira automation. This gives you maximum flexibility—define exactly what changes (like a status update or label change) should push updates live.

More filter options in templates
Requirement Introduce an additional filter feature within the release notes template AI blocks, allowing users to specify teams or other attributes for issue filtering. This will empower users to create customized sections within the release notes for specific components, teams or other groupings.

Reconcile Linked Projects with Changelog Filter Projects
The changelog currently has it's own project filter setting that is independent of the "Linked projects" in a space. Although in theory, this allows for more flexibility, in practice it has been confusing for users. We are looking to consolidate these settings under "Linked projects".

Move "Share to Slack" into publish dialog/flow
Customers want sharing to Slack be part of the publish process, instead of a separate actions.

Wish list
The Wishlist offers a fresh approach to collecting user priorities without the bias of traditional voting. Each user gets a personal wishlist of 10 items, with the option to highlight 3 as top priorities. Because the wishlist is private, it prevents popularity bias and encourages thoughtful prioritization. If users want to add new items, they must first remove others. Forcing them to prioritize what truly matters.

Single Sign On
Allow teams to configure a custom authentication endpoint in their own application. Users logging into the portal via SSO will be redirected to this endpoint for authentication, then returned to the portal with secure access. This creates a seamless login experience for the end users and removes the need for separate portal credentials.

Workspace permissions
As we grow to support larger companies, we’re working on enhancing permissions to give admins more control. This includes limiting major changes to settings and managing who can publish content. Permissions will be categorized into global and workspace-level controls to better suit organizational needs.

Better version support in changelog
Enable filtering in the changelog by major or minor version (e.g. 1.2) and show all associated patch releases (e.g. 1.2.1, 1.2.2). Support semantic versioning patterns and make it easy to scan grouped updates at a glance.

A dedicated view where product teams present curated ideas to gather early feedback. We’re adding comment visibility settings to feedback threads. Workspace admins can choose between public and private comments. Private comments are only visible to the author and workspace members — making it easy to collect feedback from multiple customers in the same portal without customers seeing each other’s input.

This first version introduces basic feedback collection to help you gather input directly from your customers and stakeholders. Users will be able to submit general feedback via a form, as well as leave comments on individual roadmap items. The goal of this MVP is to establish a lightweight feedback loop with minimal setup. It’s designed to help teams capture early signals—questions, ideas, concerns—without complex workflows or moderation tools (yet). Future improvements will focus on richer feedback management, more form field options, and better ways to triage and respond to insights at scale. Show feedback on Jira work items
Surfacing user feedback on Jira items provides additional context during any part of the development lifecycle. In Jira, we are planning to surface the feedback in a dedicated section that can be shown/hidden. We want your feedback Jira Product Discovery lacks integration points into the UI. Our options here are to add feedback as comments or insights. Comments will be clearly marked as customer feedback, to differentiate them from internal comments.
