Feedback assignee

We’re planning to introduce assignees for feedback items. This will allow teams to clearly assign ownership, making it easier to track who is responsible for following up on each piece of feedback.

People and companies

See richer context about who’s giving feedback by surfacing additional metadata about the person and their company. This helps product teams better understand the source, relevance, and impact of each request.

Capture feedback via Email

Capture emailed feedback with a dedicated address that sends submissions right into the inbox.

Idea board

A dedicated view where product teams present curated ideas to gather early feedback. Users can share their thoughts and reactions but cannot add new ideas directly, helping prevent an endless backlog and keeping the focus on meaningful, actionable input. Workspace permissions

As we grow to support larger companies, we’re working on enhancing permissions to give admins more control. This includes limiting major changes to settings and managing who can publish content. Permissions will be categorized into global and workspace-level controls to better suit organizational needs.

Schedule posts

You’ll be able to pick a date from the calendar and have your update go live automatically. Perfect for planning ahead, coordinating launches, or sharing news while you’re offline.

Support alternative AI providers

Allow users to use their own API key to connect to different API providers.

Single Sign On

Allow teams to configure a custom authentication endpoint in their own application. Users logging into the portal via SSO will be redirected to this endpoint for authentication, then returned to the portal with secure access. This creates a seamless login experience for the end users and removes the need for separate portal credentials.

Allow users to add images to comments.

Right now, roadmaps in Released have to be published manually. That gives you full control, which is great when you want to fine-tune messaging, but it can feel tedious if you’re making frequent changes and want them to go live more often. We’re exploring two options to improve this: 1. Support for Jira Automation Let you trigger roadmap publishing through Jira automation. This gives you maximum flexibility—define exactly what changes (like a status update or label change) should push updates live.

Allow images to be resized

Images always take up the full width of the available space if they are high resolution. It would be great if the editor allowed for changing the size of images.

Option to only show parts of a post in embedded page

Currently, all release notes are shown in full on embedded pages. When posts are lengthy, this creates a wall of text that makes it difficult for users to quickly scan and find relevant updates. A collapsed view would make the list more navigable, especially for customers with frequent or detailed updates.

Smart replies

AI-powered smart replies that help product managers respond faster and more thoughtfully. Replies are tailored to the context of the feedback thread and your roadmap, so you can avoid boilerplate and keep communication personal without starting from scratch.

Wish list

The Wishlist offers a fresh approach to collecting user priorities without the bias of traditional voting. Each user gets a personal wishlist of 10 items, with the option to highlight 3 as top priorities. Because the wishlist is private, it prevents popularity bias and encourages thoughtful prioritization. If users want to add new items, they must first remove others. Forcing them to prioritize what truly matters.
