  Swimlanes

  Organize your roadmap visually with swimlanes for clearer team and project tracking. Plus, customers can now edit their feedback comments.

  Swimlanes allow you to organize roadmap items into rows based on a chosen field, such as team, goal, or product area. Each swim-lane represents a group defined by the selected field, helping you see related items together.

  All fields available for column mapping are also available for grouping. When you select a field, items that share the same value for that field appear together in a dedicated swim-lane on the roadmap.

  You can now edit existing comments on issues and project items. After posting a comment, select the options menu to make changes at any time.

  Brand New Card Design

  Roadmap cards just got a big upgrade. With the introduction of feedback, cards now hold more information than ever, and the old design wasn’t keeping up.

  New full-height panel – Cards now open in a panel on the right, making it easier to scroll through large amounts of comments.

  Field labels – Every field now has a label so it’s easier to understand what you’re looking at.

  Expandable view – For teams sharing lots of fields, you can expand the panel to move fields into a sidebar. Text fields will remain in the center.

  Private Feedback & Work Item Creation

  You’d think the team might take a breather after the big Feedback launch, but that was just the beginning. With this release, your feedback workflow gets even smoother: create work items directly from your inbox in just a couple of clicks, and control comment visibility to manage privacy whenever it’s needed.

  A new privacy setting allows you to control whether feedback comments are shown or hidden on your roadmap. When comments are hidden, users only see their own comments and any replies to them. Comments from other users are not visible to ensure privacy and reduce potential concerns around public feedback. This setting can be adjusted at any time to fit your organization's preferences.   You can now create a new work item directly from your Inbox. When viewing feedback, select the option to open a new issue pre-filled with the relevant feedback details. This streamlines the handoff between feedback tracking and issue management, ensuring that context is preserved throughout the process. The new issue includes a clear link back to the original feedback item for easy reference.

  You can now adjust the sequence of roadmaps displayed in the dropdown on the portal and in embedded views. The roadmap listed first in your chosen order appears as the default selection for all users when the first visit the /roadmap page.
